Community Employment Transportation

RTC's Community Employment Transportation provides transportation services to and from community jobs, day programs, and Job Club activities for persons with disabilities in Logan County. For persons attending RTC day programs, transportation may be available for residents of other counties

Trips need to be scheduled in advance (preferably 2 days notice) with RTC's Community Access Coordinator. If you are working with a County Board SSA or RTC Employment Services staff (job developer, job coach, employment specialist), initial transportation services should be scheduled through them. If you are not working directly with an SSA or RTC Employment Services staff, transportation requests should be directed to the Community Access Coordinator.

For individuals who do not have a different funding source, RTC uses a coupon system to pay for trips. You must purchase a coupon before using RTC's transportation. Drivers will punch out the amount you use each time you ride with RTC. Coupons can be purchased at the RTC Employment Services office at 334 E. Columbus Ave., at RTC Industries on the corner of State Route 47 and County Road 32, or from the drivers.
